Have you Debbie downers ever thought that innocuous websites like this one plays into JW thinking of apostates and those that leave as being bitter, mentally diseased, and critical of "Jehovah's celestial chariot"?
And we have another XJW suggesting that someone needs help. May as well have said Kevin Bunker needs professional help.

For the record, I was being facetious by calling "I'm Worldly's" activism aggressive. I don't consider it aggressive at all.
Without any data to back up claims on the effectiveness of one form of activism over another, then really it's just conjecture. Yes, it's probably safe to say more JWs wake up by researching things outside the approved publications, but then again, the point is that something triggers them to do so. They typically just don't wake up one day and say, let me google Jehovah's Witnesses today. What I'm Worldly is doing may not make them want to do research immediately, but when they are motivated, they will remember him. And it's my opinion that his mentioning JWfacts . com in a Kingdom Hall will make young ones curious to look up the website on their smartphones and start them on their research.
I am for all forms of activism as long as it doesn't involve violence. Write a logical and reasonable blog, AWESOME! Make a well thought-out YouTube video, GREAT! Muster up the courage to say a prayer in a Kingdom Hall or toast to the generation that will not pass away, BAD ASS! If there was a silver bullet that never set off JW apostate spidey senses, then I would say let's endorse this over that, but there isn't. Plain and simple. I certainly don't worry about what cult members think of me because unless they have doubts and are ready to wake up, everything I do is mentally diseased anyways no matter how reasonable and logical I present things. It's time to start patting each other on the back instead of discouraging others. Great job I'm Worldly!

January 8, 1947 awake says "excommunication" is a pagan practice that finds no support in the bible.
The insight book, vol.1, under EXPELLING, says excommunication = disfellowshipping.
According to their own mouths, their disfellowshipping practice is pagan and NOT supported by the bible.

Did Jesus really die on a cross?

when my family converted to this cult they were all removed and destroyed in case they had demons in them lol but at this juncture in my life i do not even know if jesus as the way he is portrayed in the bible was real.
yes a man named jesus did live and die 2000 years ago and probably on a cross but he was definitely not the son of god.

I could not care less, but I do love proving the JWs wrong and liars on this subject. It was mentioned earlier, but they quote many things out of context to support their unorthodox stance on this subject.
Physically he could not have hung in that manner for the amount of time the bible says he was on there hanging, especially after the beating he took all night.
He probably carried the patibulum as the stauros would have already been in the ground. He would have had to carry a 15ft telephone pole, 4-5ft under ground and 7-9ft above ground. I've cleaned up fallen trees after storms and lemme tell you, wood is heavy. That's a 2 man job easy, carrying that "stauros" for a mile or longer. The patibulum was much smaller and lighter than the stauros.
Anyways, I'm just sayin. probably went on too long on this subject.

A co-worker told me about the Candice Continue case. At the time, as the sole provider of my family, I was struggling to put anything in the contribution box. Finding out that what little I could afford was being paid to victims of child molestation amongst the JWs infuriated me. I read a few newspaper articles about other child molestation cases and stumbled upon SilentLambs. Through that website, I found out that 3 brothers in my circuit were registered sex offenders.
At that time I started looking at apostate websites. JWStruggle was the first one. His videos and apostasy trial helped break down the stereotypical walls. As I started looking at other websites, all the skeletons started coming out and I tried to prove the apostates wrong, but it was wayyyyyy to easy to see that WT was not only wrong but a damn good con artist.
So to sum it up, it was all on my own. Eric B from JWstruggle played a big part, as well as Londo Mollari's videos on 607. The rest was history. Didn't take long from giving a public talk in March of 2014 to being DF'd for apostasy 4 months later.

They are in love with the organization, and no one breaks up with someone they are in love with. People will look the other way or overlook many things in the name of love. I've got a lot of feedback from ones who have watch my YouTube videos and have left. But they already had doubts to begin with. You can lead a horse to the water but you can't make it drink. -
